The process

Prep the surface. Base coat. Draw the charge from the blazon. Paint. I work from the blazon (the heraldic description) rather than copying someone else's interpretation. The blazon is the source of truth.

What people ask for

Mostly their own registered arms or a historical device. Some want fantasy designs for LARP. For complex designs, I quote on a case-by-case basis.
